The groups goal is to, help you get started, restart you, motivate you, encourage you and not let you get down on yourself, support the place you are at on your journey. Help you to see yourself without comparing to others. Each journey will be different. God made each person different!
If you’re ready to start the journey, continue your journey, just come and listen and learn! Learn some dieters tip from everyone, food short cuts, recipes. We may laugh and we may cry but one thing you can be sure of: there are no scales!
So come be a part of this journey as we encourage one another
